Shipping Policy
At SNKRZ GARDEN, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Domestic Shipping – Spain
We offer the following shipping rates for orders delivered within Spain:
- Free shipping on orders over €200.
- Standard shipping: €10 on orders under €200.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.
European Union (EU) Shipping
For orders shipped to EU member states (excluding Spain):
- Standard international shipping: €20
Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- Standard international shipping: €30
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@snkrzgarden.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware of the following:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- SNKRZ GARDEN has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. SNKRZ GARDEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
- If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. SNKRZ GARDEN is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@snkrzgarden.com with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
