Returns & Exchanges Policy

Online Orders

We have a 14-day return policy for online orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products and other items that cannot be returned under applicable law.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Sale items may be subject to specific return conditions. Please contact us before requesting a return if you have purchased a sale item.

Exchanges – Online Orders

If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, please contact us at info@snkrzgarden.com.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Depending on availability, we may process the exchange or provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order.

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in person at our store at Carrer Canuda 23, Barcelona, we offer a 14-day exchange period.

Items purchased in store can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it left the store.

Items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. The customer must also provide the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds.

The 14-day online return and cancellation policy described above does not apply to purchases made directly at our physical store, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For online orders and other distance purchases, EU consumer protection laws may provide a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel your purchase without giving a reason, subject to the applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

This right applies to distance purchases and does not generally apply to purchases made directly in our physical store.

Returned items must be handled in accordance with applicable law and our return conditions, including requirements regarding the condition of the merchandise.

Refunds

For eligible online returns, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
